Dr. Burla will spend a few minutes understanding your dental concerns and your personal goals, weather you’re trying to land a new job with an impressive smile or almost reaching retirement and want to keep your teeth healthy. We will review your medical and medication history. The exam will consist of radiographs, a physical exam, and photographs. We will go through your radiographs and pictures identifying any dental concerns. Sometimes it is necessary to schedule another appointment so Dr. Burla can take a closer look at your teeth (molds for study models maybe taken) and present a treatment plan with different options given your health and financial concerns. Risks and benefits will be discussed with you. A financial plan will be outlined taking into account dental “insurance.” We also offer 0% financing to make your goals achievable. Once you are confirmable with your financial commitment, we can start treatment the same day.
